OVERVIEW The vision of LA One Contractors Inc. was established by David McGee as a grass roots company originally in Austin, Texas. David has established an extensive path of success with over 35 years of experience in the development arid construction industry. Driven by leaders with bold vision and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, the company has evolved into a diverse General Construction Company with a mix of Multi-Family, Residential, and Commercial experience, ranging from Historical Renovations to New Custom Construction. LA One Contractors was one of the first environmental remediation and restoration firms capable of providing comprehensive technical services necessary for handling high-hazard materials. LA One responded immediately to launch mitigation to the destruction evoked by both Hurricane Katrina and Rita. LA One assisted in establishing the primary protocol, for RACM demolition in the State of Louisiana well ahead of the curve, placing LA One in stride with our clients needs as they emerge.
